Anaheim man hit by vehicle dies
A 31-year-old Anaheim man died Wednesday after he was hit by a car on Monday while crossing Katella Avenue, police said.
Robert Conway was crossing Katella just east of Lewis Street at about 9:40 p.m. Monday, said Anaheim police Sgt. Rick Martinez. A 1996 black Infiniti struck Conway. He was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where he died early Wednesday.
The Infiniti driver was identified as Lourdes Orea-Lopez, 25, of Anaheim. She was arrested on suspicion of felony hit and run and driving without a license.
